An Update:
I’m happy. My life isn’t perfect, but I find reasons to be happy every day. I owe a lot to the self-help workbook I discovered a month ago called “Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life.” It’s basically brilliant. I’ve learned A LOT about myself and I’ve learned how to take care of myself.

Satisfying Friday Night
I came home and checked my email. Then I did P90X with Ally and didn’t want to die, which was rather surprising. To celebrate, we ordered a pizza and got a dessert for free upon delivery (I love knowing the right people). And then Jenny, Ally and I started and finished a puzzle in under two hours.

Instead of putting comfies on, I took a bath
It was the first time I’d ever used a French Kiss bubble bar, which for someone who has worked for LUSH for over two years, that’s obscene. It was also the first time I’ve taken a bath with the lights off and without a candle going. It was strange until my eyes adjusted to the dark, then it was pure heaven.
This just goes to show: When in doubt, take a bath.
